SHOW KITCHEN -GRAND HYATT DALIAN-

The Grand Hyatt Dalian is a unique hotel that attracts many non-guests as well, partly because of its location adjacent to the beach. Passing through the hotel’s lobby floor and descending a spiral staircase, over 2,000 square meters of food entertainment dining is spread all around.

A “veil of light,” made of woven resin by local Dalian craftsmen, is installed in various locations on various scales so that the pleasantness of the beach outside is connected to the dining area inside.

The show kitchen is divided into an Italian section, a Chinese section, a Japanese section, and a beverage counter, and is designed in a modern and functional manner in contrast to the veil.

There are also various seating areas, including a terrace, lounge seating, and dining areas, where you can sit and enjoy your favorite dishes as if you were at the beach.
